The American Medical Student Association is the largest, non-profit student-led organization for physicians-in-training in the United States. It is a national organization that operates on the local level. Nationally, AMSA is broken into three different tiers: premedical, medical, and physician. UA-AMSA is the local premedical chapter at the University of Arizona.

The amazing thing about joining AMSA is that you become surrounded by support along your premed journey everywhere you look! Once you join AMSA, you become a part of the largest student-led physician-in-training network in the nation, not to mention all the support you receive from your fellow chapter members at the UofA!

Not only does UA-AMSA provide the best premedical information, best guest speakers and best events for our members, we offer one of the best places on campus to meet new friends! We are one of the friendliest groups on campus, and many of our members have met some of their best friends through AMSA.
